TMARC launches Platform 5, a new digital audience driven agency

TMARC is exceptionally proud and excited to announce the launch of Platform 5, a new digital business, to be led by Chris Lendrum and Chad Hudson (formerly joint CEO’s of Tannjent Digital), together with the previous Tannjent team.


Over the past 6 years, TMARC has been regarded as an industry leader in the mobile platform activation sector, having delivered the massively successful Shoprite Airtime Rewards programme as well as memorable consumer campaigns such as: Beacon’s Easter “Let the Hunt Begin”; Snackworks’ “Win Big with Bakers”; Simba’s “Win a House and R5million in airtime”; and Unilever’s “Knorr Soup R5million flavour campaign”.

In the process, TMARC has built up a total audience base of over 35 million South African consumers, issued over R500million rewards, and with action based customer segmentation tools such Mineshaft and The Loyalty Clock it has successfully optimized a return on offers and promotions for its clients.



18 months ago, TMARC embarked on a search for a new business model, one that would enable the transformation of its current business model to accommodate the ever changing marketing needs of businesses and brands, in a consumer driven but digitally powered environment.
